Sage Stories V : Soaking in the Solar Juices

“That gentle and amiable sage of the Himalayas had only one entrancing theme: love—for nature, love— for creatures, and love—for the Whole. The Himalayan sages taught me the gospel of nature. Then I started listening to the music coming from the blooming flowers, from the songs of the birds, and even from the smallest blade of grass and thorn of the bush. In everything lives the evidence of the beautiful. If one does not learn to listen to the music of nature and appreciate her beauty, then that which impels man to seek love at its fountain may be lost in the remotest antiquity.”

- Living with the Himalayan Masters, Swami Rama

Dear friend,

Some months have passed since my last letter.. The summer months always enthrals me into an intense love affair with the Sun and the last place I want to be is wandering aimlessly through digital forests.

We have passed Lion’s Gate and a New Moon.. On the windowsill I am admiring this year’s harvest simmering in the rays of the morning sunbeams ~ contained in glass jars and bottles, pure magic waiting to be processed and transformed into healing remedies. The devis of Vestfold’s coastlines, kamis of Ula’s meadows and nature spirits of the Nordic forest realms are willingly coming to rest in dark containers, blended with aromas, essene light codes and crystal activations ~ eagerly waiting to bring you light and joy on your path..

When foraging in the wild, I am bursting with aliveness and dissolve into a conversation with the local ecology. Deeply rooted in my homeland, I commune with the plants and ask them for advice and teachings. The senses become bridges between the plant and human realm and allow my vision to open and my intuition to flow like the juicy, cristalline rivers of the Himalayas.. Dragonflies and bees are humming softly to the melodies of that organic summertime jazz ~ and I dance with the rhythm of the forests ‘harmony-aum’..

St. John’s Wart, Nettle, Calendula, Mugwort, Meadowsweet, Yarrow, Fireweed and friends come together to support our transition into the darker days of the year.. I whirl them all into my kundalini stream ~ bottle them and lock them safely in the wooden cabinet with the other captured essences.. My heart beats a little bit stronger knowing that sisters from near and far are opening the dialogue with the plant realm and bringing back the ancient ways.. The heat of these golden days is bound to bring forth shadows ~ and solace can be found in the continuous communion with our natural realm. Free from projections and karmic clutter, the plants bring the cleanest of messages from the waters of Source.. The remedies will take a couple of weeks to process ~ stay tuned to receive the full list of products.

If you are an empath and highly sensitive person (HSP) like me, you will probably feel the intensity of summer much stronger that ‘normal’ people. The Sun brings a power and will that can feel overwhelming at times, encouraging us to find our boundaries and keep the inner temperature balanced. Make sure to tune into your core/coeur several times a day and listen deeply to the needs of your soul.

  • Spend hours soaking in the Sun, contemplating it’s qualities and how they are also alive in you.. The Sun has the ability to purify our karmic knots, it’s all about directing your awareness into the unconscious parts of your body using your breath and stay with the tension until it dissolves. Feel the heat embrace your skin and surrender with your every breath. Notice what this can teach you about warm boundaries and allowing your energy to drop from the mind and into the body and heart.

  • Siestitas: Give yourself permission to rest in the shade in the middle of the day when the Sun is at its strongest. Bring your favourite blankets into the woods or sea shore coves let nature hold you in her embrace until you feel rejuvenated and ready to enter the world again!

  • Seek clean water sources and be aware of how the running water and negative ions can help cleanse your emotional body..

  • Eat light. Literally, eat light. Can you find your own way around this?

  • Explore your local flora to find edible plants that are blooming at the peak of summer’s presence to prepare your body for the colder days. Frozen redcurrants are my favourite remedies to counter winter depression, an instant reminder of the inevitable turning of the seasons!

  • And lastly, make use of the light and windy drafts to declutter and clean your spaces to easy the transition into fall..

Below you will find some articles that have inspired me this season, from Kami Mcbride on herbal oils to Asia Suler on Summertime Sadness, Akal Anand’s heart muscle meditations and self-love practices from Buddhist traditions..

In light,
Caroline Ināya

Sage Stories IV : The Way of Water

The sacred rivers and waterfalls of Hedalen, Norway - Dharma Mountain Retreat.

The sacred rivers and waterfalls of Hedalen, Norway - Dharma Mountain Retreat.

“A new spirituality is arising, one that upholds the self, the heart and the body. It is both a very ancient and very evolutionary spirituality. It is a spirituality that calls on us not to denigrate, transcend or reject who we are as a self, but rather to embody it and ennoble it in service of mankind and the Earth. It is a spirituality of freedom and of service, in other words, of authenticity and solidarity.”

— Chris Saade

Dear Friend,

I woke up this morning having experienced the most potent dreams in a long time 〜 full of energy to share. One of winter’s many gifts was the space to cultivate a practice of Earth Dreaming, connecting to the dreams of Mother Earth herself - finding that my dream journeys are taking new depth and form.. Under my bare feet, I can feel her waking up too - as the green life force is slowly emerging from the soil.. Another emerging practice is a deep surrender to the Way of Water 〜 of honouring the water in my inner and outer nature and a surrender to the dew drops, rivers and waterfalls of my dharma. For me, last year was all about fire - and 2021 I am dedicating to water in all its forms..

As put by Richard Rudd:

“When you see the world through the Water Eye your primary awareness rests with your breath, your body and its gentle rhythms and with the movement of life all round you … all of life sees with you and all of life comes towards you. The Fire Eye is the seeker inside you that led you here … the inquirer, the seeker, the knower. It leads you on a dance through life as you leap from one experience to another … in the ever changing landscape of dreams.

Rare is the human being who can give their life over to the Water Eye. It is the subtlest of the subtle. It is the softest, most paradoxical, most mysterious presence inside you. The Water Eye is a power without force, without emotion, without warmth. If you allow the lens of the Water Eye to open inside your being, you will begin to view your life and the world in a completely new way..”

Ripples Waves of Venus
When I dip my finger in the collective waters to tune into the temperature our shared heart-mind, I sense a feeling of relief and joy for the times that are now coming. For me, winter has been about deep shadow work and wrapping myself in new silken veils of self-respect and self-love. I have had strong emotional releases, tears streaming, channels bursting open as a result of the work put down in The Venus Sequence, a Gene Keys programme where we follow the Pathways of Love, using our daily lives and our relationships to fuel of our spiritual transformation.

Working with the Gene Keys, we are able to de-program the low frequencies in our DNA and release stagnant vibrations and old programming which prevent us from living from our highest soul expression. If you are interested in receiving a Venus Reading, I would love to receive you. We will be looking into themes such as patterns of co-dependency, emotional maturity, spiritual realization, our wounding mechanisms and techniques for de-armouring our core wound. On the other side, I feel rejuvenated, as if my human being has been put through an energetic upgrade, allowing more rainbows to burst forward with clarity and colour!

As Chris Saade so finely puts it - a new spirituality is emerging - a practice opening us to freedom and service. To our sacred selves, each other, our waters and the earth. Restoring the balance and harmony to the world again 〜 with each step and breath.

Let it flow,
Caroline Ināya

Cycledelics : The Journey
Since I began writing the Sage Stories, I intended to publish a newsletter each month, but I found myself enveloped in the tight cocoon of the seed, and was not even able to write a single word for several of the darker months. Resting in the presence of yin, immersed in the emotional waters and the silent metamorphosis of the dragonfly. In early February however, I felt an immense force throbbing in my third eye, and was not able to sleep for several nights 〜 resulting in the birth of the ‘Cycledelics’ programme.

‘Cycledelics’ is an online experience, designed to nurture your relationship to your inner teacher and carve out a deeper space for the art of contemplation to unfold in your life. It feels like the aromatic essence of all my favourite connection practices thus far on my own path, and I am so excited to share it with you!

The course lasts for eight weeks, which a combination of lectures and sharing circles - from venturing into our the caves of our inner mystery school to taking the practice into the heart of nature, learning about the glowing flames of the creative principle, and coming together in ceremony to celebrate the cosmos and life itself!

We begin on Wednesday the 14th of April - and the deadline for signing up is this week! Let’s make the unconscious conscious, reconnect to our natural intelligence and heal humanity in the process!

*If you have already signed up, you will receive the welcome letter, community invitation and material at the end of this week.

Sage Stories III: The Mosaics of Our Inner Mystery School

December in the Northern Hemisphere holds an opportunity to poor some more ghee into the lamps of our inner awareness. This journal entry is an invitation to return to the truth of your present moment - the portal of your Inner Mystery School. Humanity is on the verge of a breakthrough in our evolution, and the guardians of this light are required to step forth to guide us into the next leap in consciousness. Although my own keychain to enter past the Doors of Durin is still of humble size, here follows five master keys that may fit in your locks..

"When a priestess is truly seated on her throne, she realizes that she carries the throne within her. Our bodies are the temple of our souls. To be seated on the throne is to be well placed inside our own sacred chambers, deeply grounded into the root of Mother Earth, well seated in the center of our belly, as we connect to the stars and the sky and let the Goddess’s inspiration, her words, and actions flow through us."

- Sarah Drew, Gaia Codex

Dear Friend,

It’s early Tuesday morning in Village Island (Bygdøy). The first day of December. The house is clean and the fire is burning softly with soothing sounds of the birch wood releasing its sunlight back to the sky.. The frost has descended upon Oslo, and the trees are sparkling with white crystal. I’m writing all of the below in ‘true time’ or ‘sanntid’ as one could say in Norwegian - the words unraveling within and around the winds of the deep breaths. Many of this months’ reflections have been related to this concept. The truth of the moment. Our relative ability to create space around our own moment so that we can make the choices that are aligned with our dharma, our sacred path. How so many of our entanglements and conflicts arise from our addiction to the patterns of the pain-body - which is trapped in the confines of time and the churning of the seasons. This journal entry is an invitation to return to the truth of your present moment - the portal of your Inner Mystery School.

For centuries, the nature of the Mystery Schools were hidden, obscured and protected from the masses, to protect the holders and the essence of the teachings - the art and science of human empowerment. For me, travels to my Inner Mystery has enabled me to dialogue with my teachers across lifetimes, a gateway to my deepest wisdom and essence - Universal Truth. It is where we are given our rites of passage, initiations and councils for awakening to higher spiritual understanding/gnosis. Most of all, the Inner Mystery School is a commitment to activate the Higher Self - with a strong acknowledgement and trust in Self as our school’s headmaster. The path to gain and build this trust can be long and weary. It requires long periods of solitude and contemplation - and a fundamental choice to deepen and expand the connection to the inner realms. There has never been a more critical time in our human history to tune in to the scriptures of ‘know thyself’ - the omniscience of the Oracle. As it is written - ‘My Father’s house has many mansions’ (John 14:2). The pathways to the centre of the labyrinth are many, but only one will lead to the innermost cave where the eternal flame of the greatest master of the all, the One Heart, burns ever-so brightly. Yet, the question always lingers.. How to get there?

Of course, there is no clear answer, as this would take away all the fun. As your consciousness expands, you will see that even though the path may seem dark and windy, there is a sacred geometry to every step on the way. This is where the Art of Contemplation comes in - to create space around your experience so that you will be able to notice the crossroads and signposts when you are ready to open the portals to a deeper truth. Contemplation is the pause and inner forest clearings we carve out on the way, where we can relax, chew on a straw, enjoy a steaming cup of wild herbs, take a deep breath and reflect on the quality of our journey thus far. Contemplation transcends the intellect and allows for the intuition to open new understandings in our mind - like drawing lines between the sparkling stars of insight so that we can read the constellations of our destiny. One of my greatest teachers of contemplative practice has been Richard Rudd, the founder of The Gene Keys - as well as frequent forest therapy immersions, which allow me to bring the reflections out in nature and plant the crystalline truth-seeds in the living, fertile Earth so the Northern Mystery Schools will be activated and flourish upon the land.

December in the Northern Hemisphere holds an opportunity to poor some more ghee into the lamps of our inner awareness. Humanity is on the verge of a breakthrough in our evolution, and the guardians of this light are required to step forth to guide us into the next leap in consciousness. As my own keychain to enter past the Doors of Durin is still of humble size, here are some of the master keys from my own collection that may fit in your locks..

The First Key is the hermetic principle of ‘as above, so below’, as contextualized in the Emerald Tablets of Thoth. The deep knowing that your outer world is a direct reflection of your inner world - and that you are the sole creator of your reality. Which means - in essence - that by taking responsibility of our own energy, you can begin to design a life where the quality of this core energy, your prana and chi, is at the centre of your experience. My last three years have been committed to this kind of ‘life design’ or ‘bio-hacking’ - consciously shaping my inner and outer environment in tune with my Inner Master’s voice, song - hum. This said, the dance between Heaven and Earth is not free of friction and turmoil - and so..

The Second Key I offer is patience. Although my inner teacher knows how things could be, should be - will be - these truths may not come into fruition in many more lifetimes still, and we will have to practice restraint as the doors to the present moment cannot be forced open. This gives a new flair to anxiety, worry, stress and pain - as they can be teachers in their own right - showing us where we are not aligned with our highest expression - and where we still have room to pull in or loosen the ropes of our sails.

The Third Key is trusting the intelligence of the body - creating spaces in your day-to-day for a nurturing the deep dialogue with your biological temple - whether this be through meditation, yoga, body-scanning, plant allies or else. Knowing your immune system will give you the physical force shield to protect your nervous system, activate the endocannabinoid receptors and fine-tune your emotional body. Reiki has been my main tool for tuning to the core of my cells in order to know that I am making my choices from heart-mind. Stretch, awaken, activate - following the sensations of pleasure and harmony.

The Fourth Key is establishing your Council - a circle of inner and outer guides that you trust will hold you in the highest light, inspire you to hold others in the highest light - the steady rocks of your stream. My own council consists of guides that have appeared along on the way - from ascended masters (Christ/Sophia, Yin/Yang, Sanat Kumara, Babaji, Yeshe Tsogyal), to ancestors, spirit animals, Death, Gods/Goddesses of the celestial realms, and the occasional wizard and sage. If you have not yet made connection with your guides - be patient - when you know, you know. If you are lucky, they may also come in the form of your Earthen brothers and sisters..

A sense of belonging to a lineage is also important when you are navigating the inner realms - and can make you feel safe and supported on the way. In my own education, I feel deeply connected to the lineage of the White Brotherhood, the mystery schools of ancient Egypt/Alexandria, the Essenes of Qumran, the lineages of Kriya Yoga and the Dakini deity of Tibetan Buddhism. It is not until later in life that I understood that many of my spontaneous experiences in childhood and early adulthood were visits and glimpses of these masters reminding me of my ancient belonging.

For now, my Fifth Key for you is keeping a clean and pure space. In our multidimensional, fast-paced reality, we digest and absorb huge amounts of information in each moment, often leading to mental and sensory overload and disease. Human beings are designed to be empaths, attuners and receives of energy in motion - so that we can listen deeply for any sign of raptures in our own and wider body and bring healing where needed. As many of us are waking up to our own power and opportunities to be of service, to our soul’s medicine - we will require clean spaces for sleeping, eating, socializing - so that we can discern, centre and listen - whether this be in nature or in your treehouse. The lotus is not visible in murky waters. Sage is a great purifier. The altar will hold your intention. Your dreams will hold answers. Listen. Listen, and allow for the embodiment of Spirit in Matter. In all that matters.

Returning to my own present moment, I can only sigh in humility of this divine mystery that is our life. Bow in gratitude to my teachers and all friends and family that I am blessed to be walking this path with, constituting the hall of sacred mosaic mirrors in my universe-city. Hoping that December will bring you solace and serenity to rekindle the light of truth - the light of the I AM - in all your relations.

Remember to stay grounded in the days up the 21st - Winter Solstice, which will be a catalyst for spiritual progress and expansion on ‘the active side of infinity’. No more secrets. The veil is lifting. You may want to limit your coffee intake to allow for greater receptivity - maybe replace it with chaga or golden milk..

Join the group Norwegian Sage ༓・ Healing Arts for a community of fellow seekers and pathfinders - or book a session of your own if you would like to venture deeper into your own mystery school gardens..

Sage Stories II: A Surrender to Self-Love

nroe181-Nicholas-Roerich,-she-who-leads-arthipo-1000x1000.jpeg

“Dive deeply into yourself and you'll uncover the Divine, but along the way you'll meet your shadow, your wounds, your purpose, and your sacred path.”
- Paramahansa Yogananda

Dear Friend,

Today’s spirit whispers are written in the old growth forests of Ådalen, Norway. We have walked through the blazing fires of Vetrnaetr and rekindled the dialogue with our ancestors.. My morning began with a barefoot walk in the fresh moss.. The deep contact with the frozen ground moves attention from the head into the body, helps optimise and regulate the nervous system and the mist carries the healing aroma and immune boosting showers from the pine trees. For any turmoil or tension, especially in these turbulent times, I keep returning to the forests - to clear the inner and outer air and purify my channels of perception so I can better tune into where I am needed and what is needed for my own balance and joy.

The past weeks of autumns’ composting matters has brought a deep dive into the shadows of the collective and individual psyche in both waking and dreaming life. And sometimes it can get so dark, the only option left is surrender - giving it all up. In every surrender there is an opportunity for complete dissolution and at the bottom of the well glimmers the reflections of our deepest wounding. In most schools of self-illumination, this core wound represents our most constricted patterns of separation from Source, which through contemplation and care, we can begin untangling..

With increased self-acceptance, self-responsibility and self-forgiveness, we slowly begin learning how to open our hearts again after a lifetime of protection and armouring. This can be a gradual process that takes many years to complete, but for some it can also happen overnight, emphasising the need for tools and methods of integration so we can learn to uphold the soft tenderness of our heart-born lotus in bloom.

Life continues to unravel as a mad, flourishing flow between the fertile darkness of the Earth and the celestial realms of Heaven. The more time we spend in the Heart Cave between the two, the more sensitive we become, and the deeper we can experience the sacred wound of my human existence and that of humanity as a whole. The pain brought forth by this connection is my greatest zen teacher, and each time we chose to embalm it with love, we open vaster fields of compassion and empathy for my surroundings. We learn to create space for my emotions, find ways to channel and transmute the aches of suffering, wrap ourselves in healthy boundaries to protect the harmony of our ecology, conserve prana/life force, and seek the most potent of nutrients for mind, body and soul.

We often blame our surroundings for the way we react to suffering and fear, whether it is our parents, childhood traumas or situations of adult life. By choosing love as our remedy, we begin walking the path of the ‘wounded healer’, where each step into softness brings another spell or formula we can share with others so we can walk each other home. For many, this realisation can be a life-changing experience, as our focus shifts from craving something from the outside and falling a victim to our shadows, to finding our inner source of power and opening to emit our own frequency of light and healing.

My most powerful of teaching on the journey towards self-love has been to carefully follow the quality of each and every present moment, so I can stay aware of my multifaceted needs and better serve my surroundings. When I learned how to care for my moment and speak its truth was when my life began falling into place with a great magnetic force. Our moment is our most precious of jewels - Our Golden Child. The still lake of the present moment is also where the Heart resides, and from where we can move closer into our Dharma, the path towards manifesting our higher purpose in our local and global community. To me, the journey of surrendering to self-love has become my true calling, responsibility - and the carving-out of a practice I call pathfinding

The following are some of the living brush-strokes that have helped me colour the darkened canvas of November’s melancholic currents..

  • Begin softly by re-routing your life force into more natural currents - closeness to the elements (fire, air, earth, water, ether), natural fabrics, organic foods, soulful relationships - leading the way to more conscious choices and natural living.

  • Abhyangya self-massage with warm oils, an Ayurvedic practice leaving you feeling nurtured, cared for and blissful.

  • Finding your place of inner stillness. I can recommend the meditation teachings of the Self-Realization Fellowship and The Art of Inner Tracking/ Sit Spot in Nature.

  • Frequent Forest Therapy immersions to cleanse your senses and stabilise your nervous system. This will also help you to attune the Earth’s natural cycles, circadian bio-rhythms, and support the balance of your hormones, menstrual flow, sleep patterns and other bodily functions.

  • Exposure to polar opposite natural forces with hot/cold showers, sauna, and outdoor swims to clear emotional stagnancy and boost the immune system.

  • Collect drinking water from wild, natural sources, which is still high in negative ions and qi/life force.

  • Find a good supplier of organic CBD-oil to easy anxiety and activate the endocannabinoid system, which help us open to receive deeper love from your immediate ecology and relations.

  • Build healthy boundaries to nurture your present moment. Learn to practice the 'whole-hearted yes’ and ‘wholesome no’ so you can learn to play with the mature masculine and feminine forces of manifestation.

  • Cultivate nourishing social circles to help ease the edges of a square reality, such as song circles, sister/brotherhood gatherings and movement practices.

  • Allow yourself longer periods of silence and personal retreat to clear the noise and clutter from your mind and surroundings. Purify your space with sage or local herbs. This will also open to more frequent visits from the Holy Spirit/Creativity and that feeling of flow we never seem to get enough of..

This work arises from a dedication to serving the divine flow of Her will. If you would like to make a donation to keep the river alive, please do this here. May these words leave you refresh and rejuvenated as if you were drinking from a hidden natural spring in the wild woods of the north!

Sage Stories I: Coming Home

This monthly journal will be a channel to share my healing journey and metamorphosis as I keep answering to that deep ache of belonging that we all feel beating in the fertile fields of our soul. It is a tale of slowing down, of learning to navigate the inner waters, of tuning into the voices of our ancestors and surrendering to the wisdom of nature. Moving from being a victim of the frequencies of my surroundings to emitting my own frequency of service and the truest of star-child-essence.

“A witch is just someone who remembers that the entire world is alive. And that all healing arises from tending a relationship to the energies that animate our Earth.”
- Asia Suler

Dear Friend,

I’m writing to you from the mountain realms of Soleggen, Norway at HomeSome Music Production Retreat, where I am sharing forest and mountain therapy and learning the wizardry of soundscaping.. From my window, the hills are enveloped in misty white clouds, passing by like a slithering ‘Seti Nag’, the white snake, as they would call it in the Himalayas 〜 my second home. Since I moved back from Nepal two years ago, I have had a deep and profound longing to return, but my heart is now resting in the Dao of the Northern landscapes. The decision to settle down in Norway has been rough on the body, but I am beginning to feel that my roots have let go and taken hold of the nordic soil and groundwater 〜 allowing myself to flow with the natural rhythms of the year and the delightful cycles of my own bodyBecoming a medicine human and embodying the multidimensional remedies of my Motherland.

Today, I serve as a healer and eco-therapist, with a quest to re-establish the sacred relationship between people and land 〜 by building bridges between our inner and outer nature, and by supporting harmony in my living ecology and community. My life is slowly becoming a conscious offering to the Divine Father (Spirit) and the Divine Mother (Matter), a dance of creation between Heaven and Earth.

In the Northern Hemisphere we are have just passed the Autumn Equinox, and are entering the season of fall. The trees are dancing with the strong winds and celebrating with a fiery colour palette. The Rainbow Bridge to inner guidance is being laid visible before our feet… We are in the season of harvest, rest and preparing for colder and darker days. This is a time for conserving the warmth of the sun and the sweet moments of summer, a time for deep contemplation, listening and digestion. Allowing yourself to rest and settle into your nest or cave to be able to move into winter with a feeling of softness and calm. In Chinese medicine, autumn is linked to the element of metal, the lungs and the large intestine - often bringing up grief, nostalgia and melancholia for the dying and composting matter, which can be a fertile ground to cultivate compassion and gratitude - if we create the space for this process to unfold naturally. Metal also brings up core questions of direction and identity such as ‘who am I?’ and ‘where am I going?’.

In essence, we are carefully bringing the nutrients of summer with us into the colder hours. My mornings are longer now, and I scan my body when I wake up to feel into any tension, fear or disturbance in my emotional field and make sure I can design a day for myself with the right channels for release and integration - and nutrients to support the transition. Use these crisp autumn days to savour the simplicity of the mundane, to clean and organize your house, sharpen your knives, build your food storage with the elixirs of summer and living processes such as kombucha, fermentations, canned vegetables and water kefir. The tincture or oil of St. John’s Wort is one of my most valuable remedies for winter, as it functions as a natural anti-depressant - light in a bottle!

Now is the time to open space in your daily life for recalibrating your inner compass and make a fresh altar for fall where each element is represented (earth, water, fire, air, ether). Re-kindle your connection to your ancestors. Invite your sistes and brothers for circles and ceremonies to celebrate the coming of the new season and the Harvest Moon. Make an offering to your inner and outer fire, the sacred flames of transformation, leaving behind what is no longer needed for you to soar and rise to your highest expression. Absorb the colour of fall into your being and your chakras will be balanced before the inwards journey. I find my morning practice to be changing from a watery, flowing, dancing summer flow to a more solid and strengthening routine, preparing to go even deeper inwards and access the mystery schools of my Inner Oracle and True North.

Each journal entry will serve as sources of ancient wisdom, blended with modern practice, with content such as healing magic of eco-therapy, practices for cultivating deeper self-love, rites and rituals of the northern realms, reflections on the One Heart, the nature of modern witchcraft, regenerative leadership 〜 and more. I hope for this to become an interactive project, so please feel free to request topics and content.

My work arises from a dedication to serving the divine flow of each present moment. If you would like to make a donation to keep the river alive, please do this here. May these words leave you refresh and rejuvenated as if you were drinking from a hidden natural spring in the wild woods of the north!

Seasonal Offerings

I am here to serve your highest evolution and the soft unfolding of your human essence. With experience from both western and eastern healing traditions, I offer a wide range of therapies depending on your current energetic state. Immersions in the nordic wilderness and the archetypes of norse goddess Eir, blended with the Dakini of the Himalayas, has opened me to a deep-running stream of healing powers, medicine songs and traditional folk medicine. Below are some of the tools and formulas that have helped me on my own path, and that I would love to share with you.

Poetry & Prayers

Legg en hånd på hjertet ditt
Så jeg skal dele litt av mitt
Og kjenn at livets ville vei
Las strømme fritt igjennom deg
For hver en bør som vendes om
Så åpnes hjertefrostens flom
For alle tårevåte kinn
Beveges lyset sakte inn.
