Warm welcome to an immersive experience of regenerative leadership with Pinecone Leadership at Voss Mountain Lodge, Mjølfjell from March 13–16, 2025!
We are inviting 40 selected leaders, alumni, and regenerative practitioners into the nordic mountain realms with the intention of exploring our inner summits and supporting the transition to regenerative systems-change.
This is a new approach to the traditional summit, where we focus solely on practice and deeper connection. Recalibrate your leadership compass, expand your consciousness, share experiences from your growth journeys, embody the transformation through nourishing practices, and experience the warmth and support of the nordic community.
The gathering will be facilitated by CEO Caroline Hargreaves, psychologist Anja Hallan-Wolff, and coach Eirik Skarholt (FREM/Kraftkara), with support from Thea Raudberget (Mykt Fokus), Oda E. Dahl (Opaker Gård), and Thomas Randgaard (Voss Mountain Lodge).

Option to extend the stay at Mjølfjell for a summit hike with local guides

Membership in the Pinecone Community, with opportunities for integration, guidance and invitations to workshops and gatherings
