Dharma Mountain Meditation and Freedom Resort was founded by mystic Vasant Swaha. He came to Hedalen in the year 2000. The vision was a place for people to reconnect with their inner peace, to find their true potential as a human being on a physical, emotional and spiritual level.
Since then Dharma Mountain has become a center for people who want to reconnect with their inner nature. The nature in Hedalen is exquisite, offering waterfalls, meadows and old growth forests. The atmosphere invites to profound well-being, slowing down and immersing yourself in the natural ecology. There is also a large yoga shala and outdoor meditation temple.
